The model

Founders on your side of the table, not consultants on the other.

Most technology companies do not stall abroad because the product is wrong. They stall because the first market outside home runs on a different motion: a different buyer, a different regulator, a different investor, a different first sentence in the deck. Founders are asked to learn all of it while still running the business. We have crossed that gap enough times to shorten it.

What that means

  • We take the work, not only the recommendation. Emails get sent, meetings get booked, documents get written.
  • We are measured on the same outcome you are: pipeline opened, plans executed, money raised.
  • We build the capability inside your team, so the machine keeps running after we go.
  • The engagement is designed to end. A clean exit is the deliverable.

What it is not

  • Not a strategy deck handed over at the end of a discovery phase.
  • Not an agency running a single channel against a monthly report.
  • Not a retainer that quietly renews for years.
  • Not advice from people who have never carried a number themselves.

What we do

Three functions, run by people who have run them before.

Global growth fails in one of three places: nobody is buying, nobody has heard of you, or nobody will fund the next stage. We work all three at once, because in practice they are the same problem.

01 Sales

Sales enablement

We build the lead engine and then we work it. Pipelines opened across Spain, Ecuador, the United States and the United Kingdom. Accelerator and incubation placement worldwide, with hands on market entry support for the USA, UK and Germany.

02 Marketing

Marketing support

Positioning, online presence, social, and every piece of material that carries them. We have written growth plans for more than fifty technology companies and stayed to execute them, because a plan nobody runs is a document, not a strategy.

03 Investment

Investment advisory

Financial preparation, investor scouting, and warm introductions into a network of 150+ angels and VCs. Term sheets and closed rounds in the UK, USA, Switzerland, Turkey and beyond.

Where we go deep

Four sectors we know from the inside.

Applied AI

Taking a model out of the demo and into something a buyer will sign for.

Internet of Things

Hardware and software together, long cycles, and the procurement that comes with them.

Educational technology

Institutional buyers, public budgets, and the patience both of them require.

Clean technology

Regulation as the market maker, and grant funding as part of the capital stack.

How it works

An engagement with a beginning and, deliberately, an end.

Six to twenty four months. Shorter than six and there is not enough time to create real value. Longer than twenty four and we have failed at the actual job, which is to make ourselves unnecessary.

Month 0 to 1

Diagnosis

We take the business apart with you: market, motion, numbers, story. You leave with a written view of where the leverage actually sits, whether or not you continue with us.

Month 1 to 6

Build

Positioning, materials, target accounts and a lead engine that produces meetings rather than lists. This is the stretch where most of the unglamorous work happens.

Month 6 to 18

Execute

We sell, we introduce, we prepare the raise. Your team sits close enough to the mechanics to own them later, because that is the point.

Month 18 to 24

Hand over

The engine moves to your side of the table and we reduce our involvement on purpose. A clean exit is the deliverable, not a renewal.

Afterwards

Allies

We stay reachable indefinitely. Some engagements continue as equity partnerships. That conversation happens after month six, never before it.

Questions

The things founders ask us first.

How does a first conversation work?

Half an hour, no charge, no deck required. Bring the market you are aiming at, or bring the fact that you have not decided yet. If there is a fit on both sides, we run the short diagnosis before anyone commits to a longer engagement.

How long does an engagement last?

Typically six to twenty four months, shaped around your situation. Under six months there is rarely enough runway to create meaningful value. Beyond twenty four it becomes unnecessary, because everything we intended to build should be running on your side by then. After that we become long term allies rather than a line on your budget.

Do you take equity?

Sometimes. We hold shares in a handful of companies where the relationship continued well past the original engagement. We do not open that conversation at the start. If it makes sense for both sides, we discuss it after the first six months.

What is your unfair advantage?

Speed. Decisions come back in hours rather than in a fortnightly steering committee, and execution starts the same week. If any part of our work falls short of that, we expect to hear it immediately.

What have you actually achieved so far?

Sales expanded into more than twenty countries, from Spain to the UK and from the USA to Morocco. Marketing plans written and executed for over fifty technology companies. Investment raised or term sheets secured in the UK, USA, Switzerland, Turkey and elsewhere.
